Step 1:
Getting to know your family & preparation
45-minute intake call to get to know your family, evaluate your family’s sleep goals, and explain the sleep training process.
Assessment of the sleeping environment.
Night-weaning plan and support if your baby is ready to end night feedings before the overnights.
45-minute call before the sleep training sessions to answer any last-minute concerns and go over logistics.
Text and email support leading up to overnights to answer any questions or address concerns.
Step 2: In-Home Sleep Training
Lydia works with your family over the course of two, three, or four nights to help you reach your sleep goals and ensure long-term success.
The focus is bedtime, night wakings, early wakings, naps, and daytime schedule.
Most importantly, your baby will learn to seamlessly connect their sleep cycles so they can get the rest they need for optimal development!
Step 3: Follow-Up Support
Life happens. That’s why we offer follow-up support to ensure that no matter what life throws your way, your baby will continue being a strong sleeper.
